AVENOMI / PRIVACY

Your information,
handled with care.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

This policy describes how AVENOMI handles information provided through this website. For privacy questions, contact hello@avenomi.com.

Information you share

Our campaign inquiry form asks for your name, business email, company, and campaign requirements. You can also provide a website, product category, creator estimate, deliverables, posting and advertising requirements, budget, timeline, and additional details. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential credentials.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal, and coordinate follow-up about your potential campaign. Form submission does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Hosting and form processing

This website is hosted on Netlify. Campaign inquiries are processed and stored through Netlify Forms, and inquiry notifications are delivered to AVENOMI through Google Workspace. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve the site and help prevent abuse.

Sharing

Inquiry information is used by AVENOMI and service providers supporting hosting, form processing, and business email. We do not sell inquiry information. Any campaign-related sharing with independent creators is discussed as part of the campaign scope.

Retention and your requests

We keep inquiry information only as needed for responding, business follow-up, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email hello@avenomi.com. We may need to verify your request and retain records where required.

Cookies and external services

This website does not add advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Fonts and photos are served as local website assets. External links are subject to the linked service’s privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this policy as our website and services change. The revision date above identifies the latest version.
